Refund and Cancellation Policy

Customers should inform us as early as possible if a confirmed puja booking needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

Cancellation terms may depend on the puja type, confirmed date, travel arrangements, samagri preparation, and pandit availability.

Any refund, if applicable, will be reviewed based on the amount paid, notice period, work already completed, samagri purchased, travel commitments, and agreed booking terms.

Convenience charges, third-party charges, prepared samagri costs, or advance coordination costs may be non-refundable where applicable.

We will try to support rescheduling requests based on pandit availability and the revised ceremony date and location.

Additional charges may apply if the new date, location, timing, or service requirement changes significantly.
